Does GYM Workout Effect On Height Growth?2020

Whats app Guys this is Nitin.  Just now,  I was checking my Facebook.

That is when i got a question on my messenger

so that question i want to tell you and the question is in such a way that the height stops due to exercise.

So I want to give it to all of you in my answer. .

A lot of people question that height stops from  workouts.

so let me tell you which point is  where your height can stop from workout and where you do not you have problems with exercise.

Look at the height, you know that increasing is a total genetics dependent,

The height that has to be will be the same

A gene inside yourself. There is only 5% -10% points from where your height chances to stops.

If you are doing workouts, doing biceps, triceps, abs chest, back, then they have no connection of your height with this muscles right

where does your height grow from the spine?

Spine is your back bone

when you lift, something is very heavy!  heavy dumbbells.

Heavy barbells are installed.

On top of your shoulder there is your spine compress.  At that moment spine gets compressed.

Everyday other day or twice a week, whatever you are doing exercise

doing overhead exercises, heavy dumbbells, heavy barbells the spine that you have here is the backbone.  Stress comes on his spine there.

Let me tell you that within a little minority, the height which is low and in this way is low,

then you have to also exercise and if you do not stop the height then what to do.

Let me tell you that the muscles I spoke to you, bicep tricep back chest abs, quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, you train this muscles.

It has no connection with Height.  Train this muscle heavy no problem,

but the shoulder should also be half front raise side lateral heavy.

But Over the head exercise above shoulder level exercises do not do with heavy dumbbells and heavy barbells

Exercise must do medium and light medium so that your spine will not compress and it will not get stressed.

Along with the muscle, there is a lot of stress on your joint and your spine.

When you lift a weight on the shoulder, attention to be pay In these workouts the stress should be very low

remember to use light dumbbells and light barbell

And the second squat. We all do squats.

When we do squats.  What we do  Barbell happens on our shoulder.

So your spine is being compressed even during the squat.

So if you want to do squat then use medium weight.

And secondly you can press leg.  Third, you can do dumbbell squats.

The stress in these workouts is very low.

So the squat body weight is why the height of the height increases in this age of 15 to 21

Because after 21 Age , 99% of people do not increase the height,

so if someone tells you that working out in the gym, height gets affected then this is wrong.

so I have told you 2 reasons.

1. Spine were overhead shoulder exercises and

2. squat.

I hope You must have got information

Lock down Tips on Nutrition/ Calories/ Macro nutrients/ Supplements

Hello Friends, I am Nitin Dhumal and our topic today is Nutrition

before starting the topic about nutrition

I want to tell you why I am talking about nutrition again and again

.Why do I want to tell you what your nutrition should be instead of why Meal Preparation Video Exercise Video Supplement Information is not telling such videos.

Instead of telling all this, why am I telling you about Nutrition?

So the main reason behind this is that body building health and fitness is the sickness that whose medicine is nutrition
and this medicine is different for every human being.

Depending on some factor such as body weight body height  body composition age  activity level hormones.

So many factors which your nutrition is depend on

We cannot expect us to give the same nutrition to all people that if we get the same result

there is different nutrition for everyone, so I have created a pyramid chart to understand the nutrition.
Nutrition Pyramid Chart

So that you are very easy to understand

the most important thing is that this pyramid is the number one calories

What are calories?  Calories are the energy unit that we consume throughout the day through the food that we consuming calories

Any person has to pay attention to their calories to achieve their fitness level.

For example, if you have a round fat loss, then you have to go to calories Deficit To lose weight

that means you have to intake less calories from your daily requirement calories to lose weight to lose weight,

if your fitness goal is for muscle gains, you have to consume more calories than daily requirement calories. To gain muscle

OK thats point number one

Point number 2 What is macronutrients?   Carbohydrate protein and fats as I told you in the previous video.

Carbohydrate Energy Source throughout the day, whatever activity you do, playing, jumping, working, reading food, exercising, you need an energy to all the things that you get from glucose

The second  macro nutrients is protein.

When you exercise  your muscle breakdown occurs.

To repair that muscle, you need protein.

You need protein to synthesize the repair as well as to increase the muscles.

Macro nutrients number 3 fats

Fats are necessary in your body because the hormones production that happens in your brain is dependent on the fats

If you are taking less fat than your required limit or not taking it at all

, it will affect your brain function, your brain will work less,

 hormones production will be less,

then fat is very important when we talk about macronutrients.  Is  Good stuff but within limits.

With Macro nutrients  we have mentioned  fiber

the role of calorie intake that we are doing throughout the day.  Food is consuming

It is necessary to have fiber in your body for its digestion

which is 10 grams per 1000calories,

so if you are taking 20 to 25 grams of fiber throughout the day, then that is enough for you

This pyramid has a third and very important point.  Micro nutrients and Water.

Your vitamins and minerals come in the micronutrients

which help in recovering your body, which helps in repairing your body.

These micronutrients depend on your choice of food, whatever we consume food

In it we find the macronutrients  along with micronutrients.  Vitamins are found in mineral.

But sometimes they cannot get micro nutrients  raw food from Whole Food, then we take multivitamin tablets to fill the gap.

Water, when we do workouts When training or doing any kind of activity, water comes out of your body.  Sweating and urination

on the other hand, so you have to keep in mind that your body is hydrated through out exercises.

If you are doing activity and not body hydrated then there can be a lot of problems.

Recovery may be delayed as cramps may occur.
If you are taking micro properly but are not drinking water.

In the right way, it can slow down your gains and your recovery.

Always stay hydrated

So here is our 99% which is three things.

The calories, macro nutrients and micro nutrients these that we have covered.

Now what we have is a small part of this pyramid,

which is  meal frequency and timing why meal frequency are important.

If you are consuming three to five miles a day.

Its benefit will be quite good rather than you are consuming a big meal together.

You only think that if you are getting the same meal all over 3000 calories at once,

then how much load it will take to digest it on your stomach

it is better to meet one or two big ones, by dividing your meais 3 to 5 meals, you will go through the day.  Can eat in

By taking it, your body will get more benefit,

it is a small factor but it is a very important factor.

Timing is very important.  Because the time before or after your workout is called the window of growth.

At this time, we have to take care of our meal we have to consume our food, our nutrients,

so that we have broken our muscles. during work out or any activity.

We Can recover this Muscles and it body quickly

Therefore, it is very important meal timing

The most important less point of our pyramid is supplement

when you are following 4 points well from the rest

Then the supplement will work on you

Supplements is only 5% of your nutrition.

when the whole thing of your operation is at the intack on  time, then the supplement will work for you, that too basic.

such as amino acid, Caffeine,  creatine

which assist you and helps you to focus in training and Helps you to lift heavy weight

and not to change your body composition or to change your physics.

so friends t have shown you Nutrition of pyramid

You must have been very clear .it would have been nice

8 Reasons To Join Gym

WHY YOU'LL BENEFIT FROM JOINING THE GYM

We’ve all started a new year off with a fitness resolution haven’t we? “This year I’m going to get fitter” or “This year I’m going to exercise more”. But saying it and doing it are two different things!

54% of Indian adults are
either inactive or have low levels of physical activity - that’s more than 9.5 million adults. Don’t become part of that statistic – if you need a little help to take action on your resolution, read the top 8 reasons to join a gym and get moving.

1. Huge health benefits

It’s clear, but we’ll mention it anyway – going to the gym is good for your health and fitness! Put simply, during exercise we increase our cardiovascular fitness through strengthening our heart and lungs and we increase our strength through creating lean muscle. The Australian Government Department of Health recommends five hours of moderate exercise per week, including muscle strengthening activities at least twice per week.

Studies show that regular exercise and an increase in strength and cardio fitness levels can help
reduce the risk of health concerns and diseases, including:
·         Heart disease
·         High blood pressure
·         High cholesterol
·         Diabetes (type II)
·         Depression
·         Stress related illnesses

2. Access to equipment

One of the big advantages of joining a gym is the wide array of equipment available, including cardio machines, strength machines, weights, boxing kits and various functional training gear (TRX, fit balls, resistance bands etc). It might be intimidating at first, but you’ll find friendly experts on hand to help you use it all. Trust us – it’s all a lot simpler than it looks!

3. Make friends

The gym is a great way to be social and meet like-minded people. Group fitness classes will help you work towards your goals and are a fun way to make friends. You might find someone who loves Body Pump just as much as you! Once you connect with someone at your fitness level and appoint them as your official training buddy, you'll be able to team up and try these partner workouts for maximum results.

4. Access to knowledge

3 Fitness Gym have qualified, experienced personal trainers (many with health and sports-related degrees) on hand who can advise you on the best exercises and workouts for reaching your goals. They can give you individualised direction for your workouts in the gym, keeping you safe and motivating you along the way too.

5. Establish a healthy routine

One of the hurdles in committing to a gym membership is justifying the cost and how much you will use it. It’s easy to establish a healthy routine with a gym membership when you have the use of facilities regardless of rain, hail or shine outside. There’s no soggy ground to worry about, no dogs to hurdle when running and no risk of heat exhaustion on summer days. So flip that financial hurdle into a motivator, establish a routine and you’ll create a new healthy habit well worth the investment in no time
.

6. Increased energy levels

One of the side effects of exercise is an increase in energy levels and enhanced mood, due to the release of natural, happy endorphins. There’s no better feeling than leaving the gym after a workout feeling energised and ready for whatever the day throws at you. If you’re looking for an extra spring in your step, it’s a great benefit of joining a gym!

7. Be challenged

If you’re looking for a fitness challenge, look no further! The Goodlife 12 Week Challenge and shorter 8 Week Challenge both offer a targeted exercise and nutrition program to help you achieve long-term and life-changing results. Goodlife gyms also have one of the biggest group fitness class offerings including 30 minute functional workout class -

8. Be motivated

You either love exercise or you have to drag yourself along to get it done! If you’re one of the latter, heading to the gym and being around others who are in the same situation as you can be just the incentive and motivation you need to keep going. You might even find yourself converting into an exercise lover when you’re heading to the gym on a more regular basis, hitting your fitness goals and seeing results on the inside and out!
